The Inspector of Colleges is, subject to the control of the Chairman, in charge of the inspection of colleges, giving approval of colleges, approving the governing bodies of colleges and permitting the enrollment of students according to the government rules, reserving the interests of teachers' jobs through inspection of colleges, investigation, appeal and arbitration and considering the extension of job of non-government qualified teachers. |
